BIO
Hi everyone, thanks for having me! My name is Bryant and I run Kangook America. I have been an avid aviation enthusiast since the very beginning! I began saving for my private pilot’s license as soon as I could work and I was able to earn my pilot’s license in 2004 a few months before graduating high school. After graduating, I went on to pursue a degree in engineering and graduated in 2008 after which I moved from West Virginia to Wichita Kansas to work for Cessna Aircraft Company. Somewhere around the 2016 timeframe I began to explore powered paragliding as a cheaper (per hour) means to fly. Presently I am still employed at Cessna Aircraft as a systems certification and simulation test engineer. I enjoy flying my Cessna 150 from our airpark community but my paramotor flying now overshadows my fixed wing flying! At this point I have more hours in a paramotor than fixed wing aircraft. With Kangook America my main focus is to support our dealers and the pilots that fly our paramotors. We are excited to offer one of the most expensive product lines on the market and we strive to maintain parts and spares to keep our guys up in the air! In addition to Kangook America, we also have a small school called Air Capital PPG and have just launched a website called ParaProps.com

BIO: Scuba Steve I was born & raised in Atlanta GA ..I lived there 50 years.My 1st taste of flying was when I went hang-gliding on my 40th b-day.I almost jumped into that sport but didn’t want to drive to the mountains to fly.So fast forward to 2012 I got a gas powered RC plane but wanted more.In 2016 I got a Mavic pro drone and still wanted more.I moved to VA because of work and relationship issues in 2019.I saw a Tucker Gott video like a lot of people did and I knew that was what I truly wanted..I saved up and trained to foot launch a paramotor with Kyle O’Glee in LA.My 1st flight was May 5,2022.I only had 1 more flight before it was time to return home.By late August I had bought my own new equipment ..Fly products rider with Moster 185 Factory R and 140cm prop.Also the BGD Magic ML wing class A (27m).I have flown once on my new equipment and can’t wait to again.Just waiting for injuries to heal and for the heat to be turned back on 🙂
